I am scared to take it because it is probably going to tell me I am an A** hole, but then again this is something my wife already knows and tells me quite often.

Not bad, and surprisingly accurate, for the most part.

I picked a red cell phone, because I have a red cell phone.
but it says I am outgoing, like to talk to my friends, and call them often.

I call only my wife, I prefer e-mail to phones, and don't have many friends. Plus the ones I talk to I rarely talk to them at all.

Other than that though, it wasn't too far off.
I did often want to pick more colors than they had available though.

WOW that was really interesting. It was all correct except for the comment about my financial goals. It said I had very little interest in my financial gains but I can tell you that is 100% wrong..lol. As for everything else it was right on the button, amazing

it's as accurate as when I read my horoscope in 3 different newspapers on the same day. It's the general bulls**t that applies to anyone at all times. Quote : "You buy clothes only when they look good on you."

Get fat? I am already considered obese (although I am capable of lifting and pushing some massive amounts of weight) so no real concern there. Monday night football and hockey and baseball are the only things I watch.

Well you better get a kosher diet, get off the swine man, no Bob Evans Sausage, no bacon, no hot dogs, that sort of thing NC.

No lunchmeat, dig what I am saying man?

No Chip Chop ham. No Chicken Skin, Dig Man?

All of the above is why my Father had a stroke, he recovered somewhat, but it is not a good thing man, think about what I just wrote.

Here is my diet for the last 6 months (I dont know how we got onto this, but here goes)

    All Bran - 1/2 cup
Banana Nut Crunch - 1/2 cup
    1 cup skim milk

    Lunch:

grapes, banada, apple, pineapple mixed with no fat yogurt, flax seed (ground) and granola.
    RIce and chicken

    Dinner

Spinach and Lettuce salad with tomatoes, chicken, egg whites, franks red hot and a little ranch dressing.

    Lots of water....

All of this equals 30 lost pounds. It is all those years that I didnt care that I cant get back.

    Hi New Computer:

About your diet, do you eat the same thing day after day - after day? Really strange food combinations for lunch and dinner......

If you are obese and you say you can lift and push a lot of weight, you are doing so with your own body - and I am not saying this to be mean. Most people have no clue about how to lose weight. You MUST do some kind of exercise - even if it involves only brisk walking.

Dieting as such does not work because what most people do is curtail their food intake for a specific period of time. Then they lose 30 or 50 or whatever amount of pounds - and then go back to their old eating habits. And gain back what they lost + more! The thing to do is CHANGE your eating habits to something you can live with all your life.

Desserts are my downfall. I am a big-time serious chocaholic. I had the attitude that if no one saw me eating the cookies or the cake, it didn't count. Rock bottom was when I sneaked a couple of chocolate jelly graham crackers out of the fridge at 2 am. How I am handling my dessert issue: I allow myself cake once a week so I do not feel deprived and substitute other things I like instead. Like any addiction, once I do not keep feeding it, it becomes easier to handle.

As a Psychotherapist who has worked with heroin addicts in a methadone clinic (along with their other drugs of choice), I am very familiar with addictions whether to a substance or a food.

I wish you success in your weight loss.

    Cordially,

Damn. I gave away my Luscher Colour Theory book to a charity shop a few years back...

Cool link, Ms. T. I had to do that 3 times because my first 2 choice of car colours would have bankrupted me LOL :D
