Hello, Do you guys think an ebook on learning 'technical stuff' would be a good product to sell on ClickBank? Would people be interested? Thank you for your feedback.
Hmm...most of us who program in Java, C++, Ruby, Python, PHP, AJAX, XML, .NET, C#...would look for online tutorials... Unless it's a book published by Apress, Packt, Orielly, Aworx, I think most would go the library or subscribe to Safari books. Who knows?
Videos. Videos on how to build specific things. Videos on how to build specific things with exercise files included. http://www.phpvideotutorials.com/ http://www.lynda.com/ They teach you the stuff you need to know first, and then they take you from start-to-finish on how to build an application or website using what you've taught them at the beginning of the lesson. Digital reference books are obsolete thanks to free resources (i.e. PHP.net and W3 Schools) and physical reference books are dominated by the O'Reilly and Dummies books... if you have the knowledge and experience, fill in the video gap!
You Can do it by promising to make them a java/php/c++ expert in Just 7 Days EASILY, the same way as many other Clickbank products work, something that the free resources can't do.
You should start an opt-in list. Then, you write free guides to get people to opt-in to your list. If they learn a lot and truly find your information valuable, then they will buy anything that you throw at them. The money is in the list.
