Can a site like http://leapfish.com have any credability behind ti or even give you a round about real estimate? And if not is there any instant free service that does? It said my pr2 domain 1-gig.com is worth in the $900.00 range and Im trying to sell it for $25.00 lol and I dont think I should change my price.
Unfortunately I tried leapfish to and just like you, the prices for my domains were extremely high. At first, I jumped for joy till I realized no1 would buy them for anything resembling their appraisal.. Then again, another DP member stated his domains were underpriced.. With that said, Leapfish doesn't seem reliable enough to adjust/make your prices... Hope that helps...
