Leaf or Feather?

I sketched this and uploaded it to test my scanner... I was going to use it in a project, but am thinking I need to redraw it because no one can figure out if it was meant to be a leaf or feather...

What do you think it is?

I agree it's very difficult to tell whether it's a leaf or a feather.

Looks like a feather to me. I wouldn't imagine a leaf having so many cuts on the sides.

On first look I would say feather, but the longer one stares at it the more I doubt my first impression. If it is a feather it needs more delicate lines (more as in many, and also as in increased) radiating from the central spine in slight S shapes, imho.
