Leading Page + Free e-book (please help)

I am looking for an easy to use leading page to promote a blog. No charge!!! Easy to use because I do not have a lot of experience.

Further, I have nothing to send visitors for free, and I do not know what it would be (not a blog expert). So there are some leading pages but with an invitation for free download (nothing to send).

Any idea for the free e-book that is not about blogging. BTW I do not know how to do it.

Regarding the free bribe - best thing is a 5-10-20-30 page PDF ebook, report, short video etc...

Here are some catchy headlines (titles) you can use to create it.

1. How to X without Y (example - how to make money on the internet without a site)

2. X ways to Y (example - 5 ways to get more traffic)

3. X recourses to help you Y ( example - 9 traffic ways to help you get more visitors today)

4. XYZ tips (example - 7 secrets for improving your energy)

5. X ways to Y in Z time (example - 6 ways to double your productivity in next 2 weeks)​

and of course you can combine between both.


So the easiest to do is a PDF (using MS word to create the content and then export and save as PDF).
If you can do it as video the better. Or you can get someone on fiverr.com to it for you.

Title is more important.

 

This is very good. Thank you very much. I like number 4. But where to take contect from? It should be something original. I subscribed recently to one page and got 50 affirmation to boost your self-confidence. But I always read do not take content from web. Then where from should I take it. I wouln'd say the lady write all affirmation from head.

So you suggest just word doc converted to pdf?

Just read the content from somewhere (book, online etc) and re write it with your own words so it is unique. (not copied)

Yes write it good in word and convert it to PDF.

If you had trouble with that - google online DOC to PDF converter - there are some free sites for that as well

I'd recommend that you can go ahead and use something like OptimizePress or Leadpages to get started. Quality of your free ebook is really important as well, but yeah as @lowriderzz says you can write it in word and turn it into a PDF. Please remember that's kind of your handshake or your first impression so it must be good! You can also go to Fiverr to get your ebook polished and proofread.

Once you have that, you need to start creating rapport with your potential client through your autoresponder series. Get on Mailchimp or Aweber and configure that. That's super important if you want to sell anything afterwards

 

do you have a hobby or something you are passionate about. create a landing page for this and offer a free course or weekly/monthly news letter. This way you are catching emails to build your email list giving and them something in return. Then you can link to your blog from within the emails news letter and also do product placement for related items.

the whole point of the landing page is to capture their email address hence why people give stuff away for free. Then join forums etc that are on this topic offer content first then place links leading back to your landing page/blog.

Hi Rachel, you say you would like a free ebook not about blogging, but you haven't said what you are trying to do, or promote (apart from a blog - subject?). Do you have a website or are you just starting out?
If you have a website or blog, add an optin box to your site and offer a newsletter rather than an ebook or report. You can set the newsletters up in your autoresponder so that it automatically gets sent once a week/ month.
The other alternative would be to get a PLR product and rework it. If you do a search you can find many companies offering PLR products in many niches.

 

I own a blog. Ok, so newsletter should. My blog is about - inspiration, motivation, lifestyle - my own observation and interrpretation of word. So it doeasn't need to be about blogging but it can. Any suggestion?
