    I'm trying to consolidate my online portfolio of websites. As I am presently focusing on other sites i'm unable to handle/maintain some of my sites and would like to pass them on to a serious webmaster.

    • Site established in 2008
    • Ranks high for the niche specific keywords
    • Content is very unique to the site, includes custom interviews, reviews and articles
    • McAfee Verified site. Certificate valid until May 2012
    • Hosted on hostmonster
    • The new webmaster will also get custom affiliate commissions that have been pre-negotiated as well

    This site can be best monetized/further developed by serious webmasters only. If you have no idea about the niche then it would be a lost cause.
