leader board palcement

    Can any one tell me how to place a 728x90 leader board with full visibility above fold i mean before post in blogger?

    I am not certain and not a specialist in CSS, but I believe it would have to be a part of the banner/header and way before you get to the columns to work. I am curious about that as well.
