Leadbolt Payment help

    Hi guys i am doing work with leadbolt started from december 16 2011...i have total revienue of$500 but it is showing new earned revenue upto date 23/12/2011 is $130.....but tell me when i have to click payment requst button in order to recive my full $500 amount for the month of december 2011....?thanks....
