Buying Lead Generation Sites With At least 1 Transaction A Week

I have some budget this month to purchase 1-2 high quality ecommerce/lead generation sites. The only criteria should be that it should not be in a niche that Google hates. And also, the site you own should generate at least 1 transaction a week. Please be ready to showcase any proof for this.

 

What about custom lead generation websites? Do you have a need to have highly optimized custom lead websites developed at all?

Just Wondering: Would it make more sense to have exactly what you want built and properly optimized..?

 

I'm okay with all sorts of lead gen sites. Could be custom built; could be something made of wordpress. I am interested in buying a site that already has some promise so that I can simply make it grow on top of that.
