Depends what you want. You can get someone to write a script to just capture names and emails for you on here or elance.com. You could sign up to an autoresponder that will provide a pop up for people to enter their details and then you have them in their software to email automatically and/or manually - I'd recommend aweber myself for this but there's loads out there if you google. Another option is sitegenerator.com which again is a subscription service but goes further than an autoresponder by adding video messages and website enhancements. Hope that helps?
