But everyone knows it isn't what was really said or what was really meant but instead how the press spins it.

Do you think all the people that read it in the paper will research the actual meaning

Dan Quayle technically spelled potatoe correctly - ;)

    Look at who i quoted

Im not trying to incite an argument with anyone...I don't even know what political party he is.

Look at my post above though...It doesn't matter what he meant or what the meaning really was. Perception is everything in politics (vs reality). Too many slip ups can cost you the nomination or election

Ok so you are right. Things can be said and done. And people can still get voted in as the US President considering if you look up at all the slip ups President George Bush Jr has said and done. People can have slip ups yet still get elected.

And I am still waiting for the Democrat ticket to bring up a worthy opponent that would be strong enough to win this election.

Although his are usually reading errors and stuff that sounds like he read it wrong (mispronounciations). If a remark can be taken in a racist way its a whole different ball game.

Not to mention bush had to spend more money than any other president in history to not get elected by the majority of the voters, and he was christian ;)

You can't discount all those "Vote christian" voters

I guess yo-yo that you need to read read the constitution on how a US President gets elected than. Because the Supreme Court upheld it as well.

And Gore wasnt that popular. Even added up all the hanging chads that were not for him. It was a marginal vote. So Gore want that popular. Read up on the statistics.

Keep itching your ears. For the fact that the majority of votes that were cast were not done by machines. He won the electoral vote and even with a marginal popluar vote. Gore was not that popular.

BTW are you alluding that one of Bush's companies made and rigged the machines that are used by than less than 7% of voting districts

The big beef was over the hanging chads Remember. Not the mechanical machines.

So back to the original thread on how Romney will do for the US Presdential election.

Yeah takes a Gore crying losing the election supporter to say get my head back in the sand.

Thats why the phrase is "Dont talk religion and politics".

Gore was not that popular get over it. People will continue to cry and use theories and have tantrums over any election.

"diebold bush election fraud" did not prove he rigged the elections at all. The machines he had nothing to do with. So go get your head back in the sand.

Now again back to the how will Romney do in the elections with his slip ups.

I wish he would just stick to agruing with 12 year olds, although they were owning his azz too. Maybe he needs to visit a preschoolers forum.
