    Just try to keep that 4-5 minutes a daily routine.
    Do it every day!
    Write a note somewhere you can easily see.
    Try every thing you can to remind yourself of that 4-5 minutes. :)

    Trust me you can do it! Some people did it before and they are not the last.

    try 2 learn breathing exercises and yoga..they are 100 percent perfect and will give u good results...

    start to focus on daily exercise, proper diet.. increase the minutes of your exercise daily..

    you need the opinion of an nutritionist to begin a healthy loosing weight program ...and then you 'll start doing exercises with a special trainer...pls don't take any kind of advice about nutrition or exercising from somebody else rather than your doctor:eek:

    I don't have enough time to take excercise every day .
