Just try to keep that 4-5 minutes a daily routine. Do it every day! Write a note somewhere you can easily see. Try every thing you can to remind yourself of that 4-5 minutes. Trust me you can do it! Some people did it before and they are not the last. Keep it up! Keep it up!
