I am very lazy, I'm fat, today I try to exercise, and I could only do it for 4 - 5 minutes before I started feeling like I'm going to die and I have to go to lie down on the bed. I'm very fat and I can't loose weight, I want to loose weight and become strong, I want motivation.

Whenever you get to the point of your exercise where you like your going to die, push through it as it's your body hitting a wall that it's never had to go past before. If you feel like you can't keep going then don't stop, just slow down to an easy pace and make this your resting point. This way your body will learn to push through those barriers and when you do need a rest your body's not going to expect you to stop but only slow down. Once you've rested in the slower rate then pick it up again.

The number one problem with people who are over weight and try to exercise and diet and then fail is because they go hard and blow themselves out. Remember it's a life style change notn a quick fix. Losing weight takes time, make it a part of your life style and you'll see the results over time. Also surround yourself with motivation pictures of the reasons why you want to lose weight, also see if you can find someone else who has the same goals as you. This is where diet forums, gyms and even walking clubs can be a huge motivation boost.

I wish you all the best and hope you attain your goal weight.

Good job for working out 4-5 minutes today! Keep at it and your body will be able to do more and more each day. It's a starting point, don't give up. Actually it's quite amazing how quickly a body gains strength. The alternative won't get your to where you want to go, try not to beat yourself up and just keep going. Every journey starts at step one. It's ok.

I got a caddle prod and a whip I can punish you into shape then train you in yoga to calm your anger and channel your energy into something positive.

Why you want to lose weight? That the real motivation if you don't have the motivation then you don't want to. It usually is a deeper issue. Maybe your afraid of success and want your fatness to be your excuse. I am a personal trainer so I know these things.

Just get off your blubber but and do it!! Its hard at first then becomes and addiction

Keep working out for 4-5 minutes and you'll slowly see it increases to 6-9 minutes hen 12-17 minutes and then 30 minutes - 45 and so on. Don't even worry about the first time... just get up and do it. It's definitely worth it to try and live a healthier life style--for now and the future.

Keep doing exercise as much as you can without overdoing it. you will improve slowly. Remember "Rome was not built in a day". Little drops make an ocean so keep doing and one fine day you will find yourself in good shape. Think positive and see your self in good shape.

You just need to see yourself with an awesome body.. That keeps a lot of people motivated. Work towards it. It's difficult when you start, but it gets easier as time passes. But that's just it! You need to make it difficult.

    good idea.

better would be to make a blog about it and post everyday.

if nothing works, at least you will have a nice blog in a high paying niche..."weight loss".

    1. my advise would be never skip a meal.
    2. take your meals on time
    3. Sleep at least six hours during the night and not during the day.
    4. Try drinking a lot of water.
These may not seem to be obvious weight loss tip but trust me it will work and are easy to follow.

buddy you can do it, but there is a mindset you need to find first to get there...you are out of shape, your body is weakened, you need to move towards you end goal of trim and fit in baby steps. I have been a personal trainer and I recommend the following blog for no bull advice on what you need to get in shape...it is still only new but the advice I and my friends have on there is straight up and not going to baby you...you have made the first step towards weight loss, you decided to try, now hold onto that and make the next tiny step.

Have a look through the posts on:

    Weight Loss Advice

I hope you find some stuff to help you there, but more so I hope you stick with it...baby steps will have you running fit before you know it!:)

Also here is a very good post about drinking habits and the effects it has on our bodies. It may surprise some of you!
Drinking water can really help in weight loss, possibly more than many other dieting techniques.

    Lol - man -

You are not alone in this. I have exactly same condition like you. I can't even walk for 20-30 minutes at a stretch!:(

I am planning to enroll myself in a Judo school along with my son. I'll look at him for motivation.:p

Find some self-improvement ebooks and other information from Internet and just read and learn. You can't imagine how this stuff has made my life from failure to massive success, really.

Like the rest of the posts said 4-5 minutes is a great start. I wouldn't kill myself at the start, start by maybe walking instead of treadmill or jogging. So try 15 minutes walking a day and up it an extra 5 minutes everyday and work up that way.

Also try a few small changes to your diet if you have bad habits!!

Try disconnecting your computer, and turn off your tv and video games. You don't need to "exercise" just walking around the block a few times is good too. Try to watch what you eat as well, so you don't have to exercise as much.
