Howdy all!

Back with a new site for sale.

this one is a MySpace Resource Site called

LayoutSnagger.com

I've had very little time to invest in this project I got the site up did a major template change added some new features tweaked some things out and then got busy with other things.

I've made BOOKU cash off a couple sites that are VERY similar to this , but unfortunatly I need the loot and I am really busy with other exciting projects.

expect no current revenue i've made some money with YPN on the site but its not properly tracked and its only been a couple bucks here and there.

If you do need traffic stats I can and will provide them the site is indexed in google and does have some current users but not many. I think on average right now the site gets about 20 visits a day and that is with NO promotion what so ever. So basically pimp out the site a little bit more get some good back links and you could be raking in the adsense or YPN loot really easily.

just a reminder. I am not selling this site as a traffic crazy revenue monster basically as a turnkey thats already indexed and the domain is older (not recently registered) and its very brandable to boot.
