    would like to sell www.layouts-r-us.com which is a coded website complete with layouts. The original owner of the site had another similar one, but apart from that, it is original and the layouts are not available anywhere else.

    This is not a turnkey site and all is coded in php. It is sold as seen.

    There is not much traffic as I moved it to various web hosts but you can see the statistics here - www.layouts-r-us.com/stats
