    For sale is www.layoutcabin.com

    The site was designed by cprowe who is a well known designer over at talkfreelance.com and I believe he has an account here. The site runs on wordpress which was coded by a very reputable coder.

    The site was intentionally made to provide the public with free templates but at the moment features none, only unique tutorials which are listed on a few tutorial sites.

    As for revenue, I'm not sure on what it is because the adsense unit on the site isn't using my publisher id, assume minimal to avoid any future problems.

    All in all I'm looking for $120 as the BIN price.

    However this is an auction and the start bid is $10.
