    For sale is www.layoutcabin.com

    I recently recieved this site from a friend.

    It features a custom designed wordpress template and 5-6 tutorials that are unique to the site. The site was originally created to offer free PSD's to users, but currently there are none on the site, just tutorials.

    Assume minimal traffic and next to nothing on revenue, the site hasn't been promoted yet.

    The domain is registered at namecheap.

    The start bid is $20, minimum increments are $5 and the BIN price is $150.

    The ending time is 2 days from now, but I cant see my self selling this for anything less than a $100.
