Layout Width adjuster settings for Wordpress?Any Plugin available?

    I want to customize the width of my wordpress blog,ie my blog width size,sidebar width size so that I will be able to fit the Ads correctly into the box provided which will look decent.Can someone recommend any good WP plugins or any ways in which you will be able to do the same?

    There is no plug in for that. You need to edit your CSS file to adjust your dimensions.

    So for customizing Wordpress themes,do I need to study CSS coding?Also is PHP also required to customize Wordpress?

    You don't necessarily need to be proficient just do do some simple tweaks, but you do need to know your way around the coding at least enough to recognize the areas that you want to change, and how to change them.

    Wordpress is written in PHP and CSS, so yes, the more you know about how they function the easier it will be to implement your theme customizations.
