I'm NOT looking for a designer to create graphics, but someone to come up with the best page LAYOUT for my homepage, so this is a layout job. Here is an example of what I'm specifically looking for, which you can see is nothing more than layouts. All I need is one for my homepage. There needs to be separate blocks on the homepage that feature news, blog posts, ratings for ad networks. Also, blocks to allow quick search for designers, ad agencies, marketing companies. Everyone who contacts me must have expert experience with efficient layout development so that I can maximize usability. Sending me a link to your port wont cut it. Convince me you can do this and you will be hired.
