Buying Layout design to print in 16x20

    I'm looking for someone to design in PSD a single page layout, fairly simple with specific color scheme. Would prefer 1-3 draft versions (example: http://img0.etsystatic.com/019/0/8378015/il_570xN.500069140_7s2l.jpg). The layout would be a guest page, where guests would sign their names.

    Please PM a few examples of your work and pricing.
