Layout change for a psydo store

    Does anyone have a recommendation for a theme that is basically a two column layout, but also has a template set up for displaying eight products (4 on top/4 on below) and a left sidebar for a menu? It isn't really a store, because all the "purchase" links simply go to email. But there are small descriptions and price listings.

    Ideas? I'd love to see some examples if you have them.
