Layout breaking in IE -- why?

    First of all, this site will scroll even when using a resolution of 1024x768. I tend to design at 800x600 for accessibility reason. Could you put the css file in an external style sheet? It won't solve your problem but at least it wil keep file sizes down. I would be willing to bet that you have soemthing to do with a float error. There are no validation errors but there are 54 warnings. Check your widths and font sizes for that column, make them all smaller, see if that fixes the problem.
