Layer over ads

    Hi all

    I'm looking for an ad network that can deliver layer over ads but they should show html pages (and not just images)

    Here is a quick example of what I'm looking for.

    Does anyone know a network that can show these type of ads?

    The only network I can think of which people have stated is reliable is Adversal.

    If you wanted to get super clever could set up a JS Over lay and display an iframe. Then get with a network that delivers direct linking for pops, and just iframe the direct link. So you get a pop monetization on an Over lay.
