Layer html text over flash banner

    Anyone have any idea on how to layer html over a flash banner. I have a unique problem and I need some help with it. I have 51 subdomains that are states in the United States. What I want to do is to put the state name in the logo position, in the header, and have a flash banner to run under it in the same area. I have somewhat of an example located at: http://test.rhonie.us. Please I need some help with this!!! Please PM me if you can be of assistance. Thank you.
