Not a site I would bother monitoring or returning too, because it has nothing for me and it's misleading in that lawyers in Ma do not cover my area. A serious loss of credibility in a field where knowledge and trustwortiness is so important. In legal matters, a single deception and your pretty well washed up.
You love your dog. Your dog is your life. You take the dog everywhere you go and the dog goes everywhere with you. You feed the dog and care for the dog and give it baths and cut the hair. The dog and you are real close. Then your spouse who is not at all close to the dog tells you to move out, as they want to get a divorce as they no longer want to be married. You tell them that you don't want a divorce, that you want to stay there and that you did not want to move. Unfortunately you two get into an argument and your spouse tells you to leave. So you go to a motel for a few nights until you figure out what to do. You miss your family and your stuff is still there. Later you go to get your personal items and you want to take your dog too of course, after all, it's your dog. The spouse tells you that it is his dog and that you can't take his dog. Should you go to court and fight for custody rights of the dog (or any pet)? You'll have to get a lawyer anyways, as they are gonna give you divorce papers.
