The website is definitely aesthetically pleasing. But like what the poster said above me, I do not think Lawyers are actively link-building

 

the site looks nice and you have a good idea but the URL i think is the problem. your URL is Iranian Lawyers but in your site you also offer your service in other countries. i think you should replace your URL. Use URL that doesn't pertain in one country.

 

thanks for the comments. I do have a large marketing plan for it where i will be contacting as many lawyers as possible.

I will also be expanding it to other countries and languages.

You, my dear have violated Google TOS..

I also use link units under the category menu of side bar, but in your case there is no category only ad units.. Either remove the name category or add some category fast in the sidebar before you get banned.. Those are the things that gets you banned.

If it's a directory you might want to add more emphasis to the search function. I think most people use that first when looking for something in a directory.
