    Please appraise,

    It currently receives type in traffic, around 10 unique a day, This was more in the past but I have no Idea what happend. (currently I parked it)

    Received an e-mail from lawfirm, if I could list their firm, and sent them the bill. They didn't realise it was a parking page.

    I might develop it, But have no Idea where to start. Or just sell it if the right bid came along
