I am am about to open an online store, do I need to hire a lawyer to have all the necessary documents. any suggestions or lawyer recommendations.
What necessary documents? Where are you located? In the USA, you must have a DBA (doing business as) filed with your state if you are operating under anything other than your legal name. Other than that, I'm not aware of anything else.
For opening a online store lawyer is not that required that much .Yes you have to take legal help to make terms and conditions more precise but other than this all business related work you can do by yourself also .Also at time of registration of the store you will need some help for legal documentation .
Better to have your business registered. Also might be good to have a lawyer, just in case but IMO not really necessary. Legal help is good so that you know you're doing things correctly.
There are no necessary documents needed and you don't need a lawyer as well, what you really need is a good server, a good developer and of course a SSL installed on your website so that it is secure and no hacker can steal your confidential information like credit card details!
Nope, but to avoid NEEDING a lawyer in the future, make sure your customers don't get hacked on your site and you protect their data. SSL alone isn't adequate and hackers can definitely still reach your customers' information with SSL on your website. SSL doesn't stop brute force login attempts nor stop hackers from exploiting vulnerabilities in your plugins or sql injections allowing them to bypass login. With access to your site, imagine what they could modify to collect any information customers give you through your site!
