    I'm selling old, unique and top quality website about laws and legal. The website has 4 years history and Domain Authority 21. The website also has strong backlinks and PR1. Also the website has more than 100 unique articles, which are well written.
    For January the website has 2218 unique visits with 7770 pageviews. About 10-11% from the traffic is coming from search engines - google, bing and yahoo. In the attachment you can see the traffic stats for the whole 2013.
    The monetarization of the website is coming from link sales (4 active links) and blogposts sales (5 posts sold last year). The average monthly traffic is 8-10 USD per month, bvased on the stats for the whole 2013. I will give you buyers details to continue working and renewing the links with them.
