Selling Lawn Care Website - Local Affiliate Income - Very Easy to Market!

I am obviously a reputable seller/buyer here at DP. I am not here to scam someone into buying this website. What you see is what you get. I actually created this website with the intentions of testing out some local affiliate marketing. I built the website but never really marketed it. The good side is that the only investment I had in this site other than my time was a Skype phone number.

From this website with no marketing I received three phone calls for lawn care services. The issue is that you will need to find a lawn care company to work with which if you have real leads (as this website would produce) should be no problem. The good news is that this website can actually be ported over to a new domain and its still worth the money for the design and coding alone.

I will work with the buyer to get it moved to a different host (if needed) and will setup the form to have all leads be sent to your email address. All rights, including domain, will be moved to the buyer. I simply have other local affiliate marketing ventures I'm already working on. I've had this up for a couple of months and haven't done anything with it. It would be best to have it sent to someone else.

The monthly revenue comes from selling one of those leads to a lawn care service in the area that the service was requested via telephone. The person who purchased the lead was found via Craigslist so this goes to show that you can actually manage this website from somewhere other than Oklahoma.
