I would like to know, if I am from another country then US, will paypal or Moneybookers send details about my transactions to the local financial institutes?

    Anyone knows something about this?

Even if you are from the US, Paypal would not send your details of your transaction to the local financial institutions unless they get a court order or something. However, you are required by law no matter where you are to submit all your income details to your local income tax department and other regulations. Failing which, it would be deemed as tax evasion.

I know that I have to submit my income, I asked because I need to know this in order to decide what account to use, my personal one or my business account, for different transactions.

Well, according to the paypal regulations, you are not supposed to use your paypal personal account to receive money from sales but to use it only for payments. If you have both a personal and business account, you are no longer allowed to receive money to your personal account.

Of course, as for payments, you use the personal account for your personal expenditures and business account for your business expenses.
