    You MUST be a lawyer to operate this site because the revenues from it are generated not through ads or product sales, but through the provision of legal services. The site is opinion of counsel[dot]com. It is the cream of the crop of "rule 144 opinion" websites, of which there are about 3 or 4. Some of my competition is really lame. To understand Rule 144, read through the website. If I sold the site, I would obviously sell the corresponding "practice" associated with this component of my law practice and that would include passing on all future referrals, and the existing customers, of which there are many.

    I ran a little analysis on the site: opinion of counsel did 40 opinions, and two prepaid already (so, 42) from July 1 to October 18. That's $11,500 of opinions. October is on par to be the best month ever, the month is bareley 1/2 over and I have already done 7 and those two prepaids will come in really quickly.
