This was in my inbox, a blocked portscan. I know these reports can be from servers tryng to determine the best path to connect to the server, not hack attempt.

I don't see why any of my sites should be linked in the inbox of a lawfirm though, is this anything to worry about?

I have no idea about how the portscan works, however I noticed you've got an MMORPG exploits website in your signature and that can be a rather grey area in law. I know online communities obviously won't like you publishing exploits to their website so maybe they hired some lawyers to probe your site. You may be encouraging hacking and could potentially cause them a lot of financial trouble so I'd take a long hard think if you wish to stay in that niche.

There's security companies that post methods on how to hack scripts and software. Hell even YouTube has videos of it.

The site in my signature provides the same information but for MMORPGs and there's other sites like it.
