Lavita is an okay keyword since its searched around 662 a month.. (according to seobook's tool). However, the .mobi extension lowers the value.. and those two words.. lavita and mobi would be hard to brand.. I have to say low $XX
What does Lavita mean? I Googled it & only found something on apartments, Hyundai Elantra Lavita, & a name of a restaurant. Based on that, I'd say reg fee unless it has some meaning in another language
