    Who Is Laura Maggi?

    If you search Google for her name, you'll see thousands of articles and websites about her. Laura Maggi is the sexy barrista from Italy, who serves coffee and alcohol in her bar while scantily dressed. She attracted world wide media attention and she was recently featured in Play Boy Italy. She also has a sexy calendar which she sells to her patrons for 10 Euros. Lot of people around the world are searching for her and her photos. Laura's fame and the traffic keep getting bigger everyday. This is the perfect time for you to capitalize on her publicity.

    Revenue Earned:
    The site made $27 in Adsense revenue in the past 30 days (Adsense ads get between 2-12 clicks per day).
    It also made $22.50 in the last 30 days from CPA dating ads (5 - $4 commissions & 1 - $2.50 commission).
    I didn't put any ads on the site for the first 10 days until most of the pages were indexed by Google.

    Traffic Details:
    About 45% of the traffic is direct, 35% from Facebook and Twitter, 10% from organic search and the rest is from other websites. About 10% of traffic is returning visitors.

    Reason For Selling:
    I'm in need of money to pay for follow up medical expenses. Being self employed in the US is hard without the proper insurance. Due to medical reasons I just don't have time to manage the website and the Facebook pages as I should.

    The 3 Facebook pages combined are growing with at least 200 new fans per day. I haven't promoted anything to the fans, other than posting links to http://LeCafeLauraMaggi.info and some of my other websites. A couple weeks ago I put a link to one of my other websites where I posted an article about Laura Maggi. It got 1,500 visits that day and $9 in adsense revenue.

    These are the pages that I manage and can pass to the buyer. I have already verified that the buyer will be able to remove me as the original page creator so the buyer would have total control over the pages.

    Laura is ok with the Facebook pages. She posted that she doesn't mind because it's more publicity for her. She sometimes comments on and replies to some of the posts. :)

    The domain is registered at NameCheap.com with privacy guard. It can easily be pushed to your account just like with GoDaddy. NameCheap allows you to create a free account so the domain can be pushed to your user name. BIN offers get 1 year free hosting so you don't even have to move the website.
