My group is going to be launching a new SEM product (SaaS based application that is using innovative keyword algorithms and provides users with campaign optimization and management tools- YES, it is better than most current applications out on the market) and want to get feedback on current practices, experiences, etc. from people who use Adwords and other PPC services. To get the most amount of responses to this request you should be as specific as possible, what kind of software, is it online (web) based or must the user download the product, etc. etc. The 'trail' you'll provide, is it of the breadcrumb variety?
It very much depends on what you have to offer. Many PPC experts would suggest avoiding most automated tools, so it would have to be impressive.
