I like them both, although the first one seems a bit "overloaded".
On the second site, I'd change "What the people say?" to something like "Our customers say:"

 

offshoreseoexperts is really a bit slow, you should speed up it, seldom people have patient over 8 seconds.
I feel konstantinfo very professional at first sight, I like the website! good luck!

 

I like the offshore site better. The konstan site looks a little busy. Both come off professional.

On konstantinfo.com, at the top of the page where it says, "Live Support", add an image of a young cute woman's face with a telephone headset. It should add a personal touch.
