Launch Issues

Hey everyone. I'm planning to launch of my site.
But there was a problem. I had a splash on the domain so http://xxxxx(dummy txt).com with a message Comming soon. I applied for googleadsense but I gave the domain /index.php. So google could completely acces the site. I got denied and I think it because they though it was a scam since it hasn't launched yet.

I will launch my site the 1st february. Is there a chance I can re-apply for this site once it's launched for googleadsense.
Or do I have lost my chance by trying it before?

Another question: Is there a way to already apply to google before my site is launched?

You must have a site with content and all to apply. The site must be launched. If you get rejected, ou can re-apply as far as I know.

That's the problem, things like "Coming Soon" or "Under Construction" get you denied.

Yes. This happened to me 2 days ago. They just send you a link inviting you to reapply with a different/updated site... they accepted mine the very next day.... (with more content of course!)

    hope this helps.

    So re-applying is allowed.
OK sounds very good my friends. Thanks for the info.
Now is there a way to put ads on the site on the launch date.
