    Personally i don't like the firework thing in the background, graphically it looks kinda "out of place" compared to the rest. But overall it's good

    I don't think there is enough contrast between the red and orange, but then again, it depends on where the logo is going on (background)

    I don't think the fireworks in the background is necessary, as it will not be obvious when the image is scaled down. Perhaps you can try to change the color or just scrap it entirely.
