"latest blog" RSS feed feature - update frequency?

    Hi,

    Just wondering how often the "recent blog" RSS feed thing that appears next to your avatar updates? There have been new items in my RSS feed but it never seems to change here! :)

    When the feature first went live it was hourly, on the 14th minute. I don't know if that's changed though.
