I have around 50 Las Vegas domains. <edited> If there were traffic stats, or development, maybe more. I would park it for a few months and see what it gets, and then sell it based on that. If you develop it, and turn it into a money making Las Vegas travel site, you can make more money on it, than just flipping it, and probably turn it into a decent income. Resell you will get minimum. It is worth development. It's worth the time and effort. If you just want a few bucks for it now, then you won't get much. make it a Las Vegas travel site, and you can make some money from it. I can't be too accurate about this one.. It has possibilities, but the .org kind of throws it off as a stand alone domain, for resale.
