Last week , I've a greats number of search and clicks
and my earnings raise for a lots
I thinks great , maybe my friends helping me
but this morning , i've check my email and recieved some google mail about disabling my account about click fraud

    They said
    about their reason
    - a publisher on his own web pages << When I want to search , I'll search on my search box if i want to search google
    - a publisher encouraging others to click on his ads << sometimes with my several friends
    - automated clicking programs or any other deceptive software << Never !!
    - a publisher altering any portion of the ad code or changing the
layout, behavior, targeting, or delivery of ads for any reason << Never !!
    At least It's my fault
    OH NO!!!
I'm OK if they take back the earnings but don't disable my account !!
It has about $80 for 3 months, Please Take it all , But don't close my account
I'm not complain anything , I understand google advertiser , they must protect the advertiser , and I still like google adsense

After this , I'm registering with YPN now

As you so aptly put it, your friends helped boot you from the program by committing click fraud. Every click costs the advertiser.

When dealing with people's money, you have to read the fine print! There is no room for error.

at least you being honest about your mistake. Its a lesson for you and never repeat the same mistake with YPN.

I just hate to see publisher come over here complaining that google ban them without any reason, but you'd admit what you'd done and I think you deserve the ban

Of COURSE he deserves the ban. He's not even trying to deny that he committed click fraud. It's just that apparently he believes he's special enough that Google should overlook the fact that he committed theft and give him another chance.

I don't believe I've ever met a convicted felon who didn't believe the same

Dyeeo - I tend to agree with you. I don't know a whole lot about G AdSense. But I don't think that G is stupid enough to disable your a/c because your competitors played with Google Ads on your site, rising a click fraud issue. I think it out of our control! What do you people think about this?

Before you folks told me that someone clicking on your ads would NOT get your account banned, you said 'google' knows what is going on etc.......

Now you say 'if I (a friend -good or bad - found someones site with adsense on it, or knew about the site because this person was my friend) and I went there numerous times and clicked numerous times to help this friend earn more money, they would be banned........

Then if true, I could find frymans adsense sites or any of my friends, go to the local library, where it wouldnt be my home ip address, and every day visit my friends (or enemies) adsense, and click - click -click - and eventualy this person will be banned, with NO way to stop it, or anything ?
That is each of us that have adsense........

    DOH,
    a) you use your own search
    b) you ask friends to click on your ads.
And you want to keep your account
Sometimes people's stupidity amazes me. Go read the TOS, the TOS form a contract between you and Google, and you are a) in breach of contract, and b) guilty of fraud.
Run a search on 'google lawsuit adsense publisher' - I'd suggest that loosing your account should be the least of your worries :).
I'm sure people from Yahoo will read this forum, and say hmmm why should we let him into our ad network - now wouldn't that be a shame.
Stupid people deserve everything they get.
    And you certainly are stupid:
    a) you defraud a large American company (a company that have gone after fraudsters through the courts before).
    b) you come on a public forum and admit it.
    You deserve everything you get.

I don't think he intends to. This is probably the first time he's hurd about Google hi-jacking and he's probably now worried about some one doing that to him!!!

You can trigger an automated ban that way but it will be reversed on human appeal. Unless of course you signed into your account from that IP. Which is why you should never check your AdSense in an internet cafe or library etc.

I think the reason being your acc. being banned is mass clicking by your friends or your enemies :p

    Avoid it people...

That's because you never read TOS rule #1337: Do not tell any one about your web pages, not even your so called 'friends', pet cat, weather rock, computer, waterbed, password, stove.....

Instead your friends click your ads! So because of fraud, you get dumped, and start seeing red.

Prepair for the same kind of email again if you get in Yahoo and your friends do the same thing.....again. er then you'll just go over to MSN...and get dumped again, once they get there program made!
