    It was two days back and a new Google panda update has been rolled out internationally to most languages except for Chinese, Japanese and Korean. This time they are hitting on the the websites other than English language

    The latest update is google panda 2.4. And still the panda is up against duplicate content.

    That was the main point of the farmer. To filter websites who has duplicate contents.
