Last to index new websites

Whenever I establish a new website and domain, it appears like msn is the last to index it. Is there a specific reason for this?

It's probably because Bing being a new search engine is still being tweaked. That or Microsoft is looking to squeeze more money out of us and so is concentrating more on developing their OS.

Perhaps they are optimising the spiders/crawlers for indexing after changing to bing and the merger.

Google is faster in indexing site, Yahoo is second and MSN (BING) well what can you say it's the last to index you site.
