    Most of the Google staff are on vacation and the ones left decided to not push the PR button. They want to have some fun reading threads like this. Seriously, Google is updated all the time but you might not see PR changes officially. I think official PR is only used to confuse SEOs now.

    I fully understand that the green bar on the tool bar is useless for my website's performance. The issue is like clients are continuously asking where is the green bar....where is the green barrrr.....

    I just wish they would flip the switch or push the button so it would be a done deal and shut a lot of people up and threads. Cool ask about it but what do we do just wait for google to do their thing.

    Usually there is a long delay before the holidays. If I am not mistaken last year was a 4 month delay too....then they double up at the beginning of the new year.

    Plus they are probably tinkering with Caffeine Algo..... :eek:

    OK OK OK Now Let me add my 2-cents worth now. When I get new links to a given page that little green bar moves as soon as google lists them in webmsster tools. And that is at any given time.
