    What happens if someone clicks through to Amazon from my site, and then an hour later clicks through from another site? Does the last one get the sale?

    I just signed up, so I recently read the TOS. I thought it said that if the buyer clicks through from your site, then returns from anywhere else, your cookie is toast. So if someone enters Amazon through your site, finds a product, leaves for some reason, and then comes back directly and purchases the item, you get nothing. So it isn't the last cookie, it's the last entry. Did I misunderstand this?
