Your treating your visitors with respect and in return they give you sales. When you plaster your site with adverts, cheap articles and don't give them something they really want your sales go down. Giving them good, honest, impartial advice is the key.

 

That is probably true. I would personally rather buy from someone like that than from someone who is just out to make a sale. I get it that people want to make money off their sites, but you can achieve that in less obvious ways.

one more tip if you have picture of the product make it clickable With alt tag plugin and add the link to it to the amazon with you id.

People have a tendency to click on the image.

 

Are you using any clickable images or just text links?

 

what about making a shopping store instead of indivisual links. i just made my store best4gshop.com few days ago. Google is indexing but not yet any traffic. I think it is more important to backlink with high page rank sites. May be posting an article with product link have some importance over making a store. But key for every sale is traffic. what you guys suggest for getting quality FREE traffic for newly amazon store? Adwords is quite expensive, will cheap cpc networks like clicksor etc works? anyone experience with advertising new amzon sites?

Because this is an associate-o-matic store I can pretty much guarantee you will never get any decent traffic from Google. There is no unique content and nothing of value for the customer.

Nice tips, you should neither try to force sales, no rely on premade widgets to get clicked. In-Content linking definitely boots sales alot.

 

I have a lot of people say in content linking helps boost sales, and this is definitely true, but make sure you couple this with good content.

 

Good tips, plain old text links work better I find than those widgets.....and you don't want to sound like a salesperson.....just a person that's informing other people about a product.....great job!

 

Exactly, it is getting out of that mindset of taking shortcuts and finding tricks to make money, and focusing on actually giving people good, useful content.

I'm using amazon posts, some wigets and making my own banner on top right with specials on products related to the site I am working on. Got 76 sites built so far and more coming. Made 6 sales in last 8 days and 1300 clicks this month. Not good results but the sites are still new.
