Looking through hundreds of results provided by the new Google backlink tool shows that the latest date that Google indexed a backlink was Jan. 15th. This is right around the time of the last PR update. Since the last update, it seems to me that Google has been running on old results. It seems as though they have not yet reverted to current results. This backlink tool could either be verifying that by showing that Google hasn't updated any backlinks to sites since Jan. 15th, or it may just be that the backlink tool doesn't update very often. What does everyone think?
The SERPS I monitor have been bouncing all over the place. There is definately some "stranger than normal" behavior going on with google these days. I don't think its a rollback completely.
