"Last checked"

    I run the kw tool everyday, twice most days. Recently it seems to be messing me about.

    It frequently gets "frozen" I try check all again, same result. Replace api with a new key, same result.

    Furthermore the "last checked date" doesn't seem to add up.

    Today for example most are "last checked" the 26th, yet a 1/3 say the 25th and a small portion say the 24th :(

    If it helps myself and my colleague are often logged in at the same time...

    If the last checked is not being updated completely in a single run, you are running out of queries on your API key. It will stop checking your keywords as soon as it hits the limit.

    I thought this also, it only does 260 odd keywords and 5 links. And I tried putting a brand new fresh key in!

    And when it has run out in the past it gives a error "Exception XXXX key run out of queries"

    Try clicking on a keyword to do a manual check and see if it gives you an error.

    I think it has something to do with the fact that I did the $250 donation, so the keyword tracker auto runs.

    Hmmm... the auto-running ultimately is the same as clicking the "Check All" though.

    All keys have the same number of queries allowed per day (1,000), so changing your key is not going to increase your allotment (unless you were using it for other things).
