    Well I know I have posted these sites here before, but I need the cash therefor I need to get rid of them.

    Traffic is somewhat dismal as I have not exchanged any links nor have I promoted the sites in any way as I have not had much time to do so. Just a little promotion and few link exchanges will bring the site a long ways.

    Revenue: Haven't really exploited it as of yet, but makes on average (past 4 months) $350 / month through selling ad space and makes a few dollars via AdSense.

    Cheats are added automatically through an admin backend and only takes a few minutes every couple of weeks.

    I really have not promoted them all that much nor done link trades, but in the past I have had a few cheat codes websites and have done so and averaged $600-$700 / month with AdSense alone.

    This is a great opportunity to acquire a young keyword enriched domain with great content and easily manageable with little time.

    Winner receives Domain, Content, DB, WebDesign + help to set it up and get it running.

    It takes maybe an hour every 2 weeks or so to update cheats through an admin panel for all sites.

    I bought this site 3 months ago for the number of indexed pages it contained (back then was 50,000) now it has over 130,000 and fluctuates at times upwards of 166,000 pages indexed. This website was and still is being used strictly for SEO purposes.

    I run the Coop on this site and weight with a PR2 fluctuates between 17k and 20k, with a PR4 it would be upwards of 30k+.

    I'm looking for a possible sale. Obviously for those running the Coop you know the value of weight and how it can help your websites with that said I will let the bidding start at the price I purchased the site for 3 months ago.

    After entertaining a few offers and a few members simply acting as if they were going to purchase, but only wanted to know how exactly things worked so they can mimick the same no sale has been made.

    I need to sell the sites by tomorrow. Any offers over $3,500 for both sites will be entertained.
